Inspire Yourself to Greatness! The Key to Unlock That Door

Do you secretly yearn to fully express your greatest self in your life, in your business and in the world? Maybe you don’t know where to begin. It sounds so big!
Well it is! But think of it this way, it’s the most natural thing you will ever do. Why?
Greatness lives inside of you, and me and everyone else. It’s who you are. You are gifted with infinite power, potential and possibility ever ready to be recognized and released. You were designed for Greatness.
There is also the lived version of Your Greatness! This is being your greatest self in your life, in your business and in the world. It is connecting with your Divine Potential and fully expressing your unique version of that. It is your destiny - if you choose it.
Being less than who we are is painful. It is playing small that makes it difficult to get out of bed in the morning.
It is this that also wakes us up at 2:00 am. Waking up in a fearful sweat in the wee hours may look like money, or clients, or sales, or relationships, or health. However, these are all symptoms of one big underlying cause. That cause is living as someone other than and less than who you really are.
How do you inspire yourself to express Your Greatness, the Greatness that is who you really are?
There are many ways to inspire yourself to Greatness but the key that unlocks the door to them all is Relaxation.
Take time to stop and breathe, to disengage from a sense of urgency, from timelines and deadlines, from life deadening “shoulds,” from busyness, from the perceived or real expectations of others, and from the fear and self-doubt that at times paralyze you.
Use the Conscious Breath
The Conscious Breath is each breath that you breathe consciously, by giving your full attention to it. To relax, simply Stop and Focus on your life giving breath for a moment, for a few seconds, for three minutes or for half an hour. And do it on a regular basis, if you will.
Stop and take a Conscious Breath or two when you feel a sense of urgency, hurry, fear or self-doubt, when you feel indecisive, overwhelmed or anxious.
Focusing on your breath quiets the negative voices and the automatic habits that hold you back and keep you in a spin, playing small. As you breathe The Conscious Breath you automatically begin to release the tension that keeps Your Greatness at a distance and that closes off the Life Energy flowing through you.
The Conscious Breath also connects you directly to your Life Energy, the Spirit within, and increases your sense of aliveness.
Create a simple, daily practice using The Conscious Breath! Make a “Take a Conscious Breath” reminder for yourself and put it where you are the most likely to see it the most often. Take one or two Conscious Breaths every time you see the reminder.
The Conscious Breath engages you in the present moment. It brings you home to you. Being present to You is the doorway for recognizing and releasing Your Greatness, for inspiring yourself to Greatness.
